Hammaburg - a medieval City

Since R-58 there is a new town open for residents. you can find Hammaburg at same location where Salisbury Plains was before.
Hammaburg is not designed as a shopping town, more as a town to live in and interact with others.
Hammaburg contains actual the main city Hammaburg and a small Viking-Village called Norstead.

If you are living in this world as a viking and are searching for a place to live contact @Jay Nord .

If you want to live in a medival looking town contact @Malek Zandor to claim your land with a house on it fitting to our ideas.

Hammaburg is open for all spoken languages.
I, Malek Zandor, am able to speak german and english, so communicating should be no problem.

 

About Norstead:

Norstead is a small, peaceful, RP Viking community featuring Viking style homes including a community hall, with large furnished and unfurnished inn rooms available below it. The village is situated northeast of Hammaburg proper; just cross the central bridge by the docks and follow the lights up the hill.

New residents can be accommodated with row or village lots, though we might be able to squeeze in another town lot. Homes must be in the Viking style.

Jay Nord is Gothi (chief/priest) of the village, and a farmer by trade. Residents are encouraged, but not required, to join the Norstead guild. We are friendly with the RP Viking community of Helboer in Kahli [PvP].

So love what you are doing with this PoT Malek. The player owned towns that provide multiple buildable areas such as yours and Kahli (and others!) are sustainable. People and projects change of course, but the key is having multiple projects building and growing simultaneously. This was a lesson we learned too late with Kinship. There needs to be room for groups to form around like ideas and to live out their natural lives.
