Title: Constantin Ore recipe is Teachable by some & not by others

Details: A player asked me today if I could teach him Constantin ore. In my book it says not teachable so when I asked in Universe chat some were saying that if you had it before R38 it would not be teachable which I probably did since I've been playing since 2013. So is it true that recipes players got after this became teachable or reteachable? If so then can the old recipes be updated so we are consistent? So if I got this wrong then I'm sorry but if so it is just kind of strange.

@majoria70, a teachable recipe will not show as teachable if you learned it from another player. are you sure you learned it by buying it from a vendor and not by being taught by a friend?

 

I have had that recipe since early days. I just found out it is purchaseable from the blacksmith in Owlshead and it is teachable. I probably purchased it a long time ago. So the reason I post this bug is to clarify if there are two versions out there and for no other reason except to get that fixed if this is the case.

 

if you purchased it from a smith, it would say teachable.
if you learned it from a player, it would not.
if you don't actually remember which way you got it, chances are you learned it from a player and nothing is broken.
