    Greetings Avatar!

This is an official notice from the Housing Authority of New Britannia.

Taxes are almost due on one or more of your lots! Lots in the following scenes are in danger of eviction:

    • Lot in PaxLair has 12 days remaining
Taxes must be paid with in-game gold or Gold Crowns or your lot will be evicted. Your home, decorations, and lot deed will be sent to your bank, and your lot unclaimed!

Please see this guide for more details on how to pay taxes. If you wish to use Gold Crowns to pre-pay or pay your taxes, you can get them here, then claim them at your bank.

Do not delay! Pay your taxes on time to avoid eviction!

    Sincerely,
The humble public servants from the Housing Authority of New Britannia

@Sean Silverfoot At least a year old, but a handy feature nonetheless, I usually go 30 days at a time and then forget for awhile. My follow-up desired feature would be when a claim expires your lot goes to a saved housing slot instead of everything going to the bank :)

@Lord Andernut , Thanks, I've kept mine up at the 194 mark, so never had an opportunity to get one. Here I was messing around with lot direction and forgot to pay the taxes.

Good to know it is around.
