Upgrading Artifacts has a few quirks

    The Spider Belt upgraded does not improve Attack Speed, and the Gambler's Ring increases a negative attribute, Glancing Blows, to 10%. It is worth mentioning that upgrading the Spider Belt gives 5 more dexterity, unlike the Cautious Precision necklace that gives 8 more. This is an exceedingly rare artifact compared to the highly common Cautious Precision. At least having them match dexterity values might be in order.

    How do you see glancing blows increase as a negative?????????????

    Because your character landing more glancing blows on targets reduces your damage. Are you new? The negative aspects of the artifacts was stated as being intended to start consistent, not become more harmful.

    Oh wow... thats what you think that means??? ROFLMAO

    Its GREEEN, it give the player who wears it, more chance at RECEIVING glancing blows....

    If that isnt what is happened, then that specificaly should be bugged.....

    No im not new...

    I'm afraid you're completely incorrect. Increased glanced blows shows up on a DPS meter. A statistic being marked as green has many times in the past been a mistake, and the same goes for those marked red.

    Have you tested this yourself or just repeating something you've heard?

    Also might want to add to this list the fact that you cannot enchant or masterwork a "rare"
