    Title: Overflowing external lights placed
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Can't place small Campfire cause since patch i am over light placement limit in the POT.
    What has changed to make it go overlimit?

    Do your towns have devotionals? I noticed the number of NPC buildings in Kahli has gone down by 9, which is exactly the number of devotionals in town. Perhaps they are no longer counting as NPC buildings but are counting as lights now? They do have light sources in them...

    Sorry, my post was just about a regular lot, where I'm seeing the same problem. It isn't just a PoT issue.

    Devotionals are now considered lights instead of NPC buildings in POTs.
