base & masterwork levels

I'm hoping someone who's further along than i in crafting can answer this.

The base skill (of blacksmithing, carpentry, tailoring, etc) determins (among other things) your chance of getting an exceptional item. I know that at level 112 you get an extra percentage point. What's the next level beyond that for the next percentage point?

The base masterworking skill determines the percentage of success on succeeding attempts. At level 117, you get the next percentage point. What level after 117 gives you the next percentage point?

 

Any of you long time players care to answer this?

I don't know what the next masterwork one is. I'll probably die before I get to that anyway.

 

LVL 120 is 50% succes when enchanting masterworking and 28 % chance to get an exceptional .

 

At this level for blacksmithing using all the right gear (blessing, tools, proper benches and legendary wayland loop etc) I have:
30% Exceptional chance
Masterwork chances are 95% / 90% / 52% / 17%
