[Fixed] Avatar/Paper Doll

    Details: The paper doll is missing items that the Avatar is wearing. Also, the Heraldry (chest) is not showing up correctly.
    Steps to Reproduce: Logged in like this.

    my character started naked except for hat and necklace. Everything was in the inventory. The heraldry chest is shown on my avatar (just the plain version without the heraldry symbol) although I`m not wearing it.
    I can`t drag the heraldry chest from my inventory to the paperdoll. It sticks on the mouse, can`t place it as decoration, have to use esc-key. My avatar has no arms.

    update: I can equip all my stuff (except heraldry chest), but after zoning to a new location, I`m naked again (except for hat and necklace)
