[Fixed] Summon phoenix pet does no damage. It stack DOT but the DOT does no damage too

    Title: Summon phoenix pet does no damage. It stack DOT but the DOT does no damage too
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details:
    Summon a phoenix and command it to attack the dummy. No damage popup from the dummy but the tooltip say the DOT does 3-5 damage.
