Are all recipes/blueprints for dungeons in group only or PVP areas?

If so, then this sux for us solo players. From what I have read in searches the fall is an open pvp zone and the rise is for groups. How then do the solo players get these? They should drop for everyone, for soloers as well in places where we can solo.

 

• There are 3 that drop in The Fall (They can be soloed, but it's a PVP zone so the mobs aren't really the problem... )
• There are 3 that drop in the chests in the challenge dungeon in Braemar (It's not that hard to solo to the first chest)
• There are 2 that drop in the big lich/undead room in the Hilt (It's a little harder to solo but still not bad)
• Both of the lich bosses in the Ravensmoor dungeon drop patterns (harder to solo but still doable)
• There are 3 that drop in the Rise
  • Lich Throne room (Too hard for me to solo, but the same blueprint drops off one of the Ravensmoor liches and I got it by soloing in there)
  • I believe one drops in the mage room (can be soloed)
  • I believe one drops in the elf archer/dog room (can be soloed)
• There is 1 that drops in Owlshead Sewers (I cant solo that one, but I was able to two man it)

EDIT: I forgot, you can also get the Troll Room by killing Torc Dal. He's the Big Troll on the island/arena in the Ravensmoors zone - NOT in the dungeon. (He is hands down the easiest boss type mob to solo. Just have to learn to stay behind him and jump when he jumps. Dont let him fall on you when he dies...)

 

Also in the rise is the "shaft" room. But it only comes from the dragon.

Id say dragon cause there are 4 archers up near troll.
