Cosmetic things we are willing to buy!

I'm starting a thread so we can list cosmetic things we as the player base would be willing to spend our hard earned $$$ on.

I would ask that we not get into a flaming war if we don't agree with what someone else would like to buy. This is also NOT a game feature thread.

I'll start: I would be happy to spend $100-300 for my tamed pets to have a rare look. (ie a pattern I could apply to my pet) The same is true for armor and weapon patterns.

 

Yes, more unique patterns for weapons and armor would be something I might pay for, predicated on how they look of course!

You could also tie this into better loot for "boss fights". So instead of getting a rusty plate helm and 12 gp from killing a dragon, you might instead pick up a pattern for the "Quick Sword"

 

POT Skins

- The more to choose from the better .I would buy a skin that changes how my POT looks on overworld .

Resize Tokens

- Apply on any deco item to reduce its size from giant to tabletop .

Welcoming Banners

- Big size for POTS - with ability to resize and type a message like Welcome to ... or Resource alley ... but gotta be good looking and readable ...and smaller sizes for deeds.

Fish Tanks

- All sizes - so people can put the fish they catch in them .

 

Tell me if this is already in game, but I couldn't find it.
- To be able to paint our house, inside & out. I would pay for that!
I know they talked about it at one time. Did they implement it yet? If so can you give me a pic of what it's called in the crown shop. Thanks!

 

3 things off the cuff here as usual for the pirate.

1) Hair and body styles for men and women (Big turnoff at the moment for beginning player to see they are almost identical to everyone else.)

2) An "End Game" (Give us movables keeps, trebuchets, working catapults and of course the "Raid Party" option) Let us bring this place to life with massive battles).

3) Large PVE events (Mob invasions like the one hosted by Travian Games and supported by Port last fall).

Patterns for the wireless bank access device thing, looks super out of place in my viking style row lot.

 

I'd like to buy cosmetic recipe variants for staples like hedges and trunks and blocks.
I don't want to -buy- individual hedges or trunks at a premium each, but a recipe that permanently teaches my character to craft functionally identical items using the same or equivalent materials with a different texture.

 

And wouldn't it be nice, to have different colors/shapes for Elementals?

For example:
Ice Elemental --> Black Ice Elemental
Skeleton --> Pirate Outfit for Skeleton
Air / Fire / Water Elementals: Why not another body shape, like clouds or spherical shape?

- Chest Armor (we still have this for virtue armor!)

How about a way to paint our own pictures? Small price point for crown store canvases/frames with the ability to use dyes (store or crafted) to create them; scale price with canvas size.
Dear god more flowers please - loved the telethon blue ones and the cherry trees, but we need more. There are already many flowery bushes in Britany that could be used.
I need some more 3 and 4 story tree types; please price these for multiple purchases.
The ability to pick one item from a set to buy
Would love a witch's cauldron for the season. You already have something similar in game in UT entrance.
Rugs - be nice for heraldry too
NPC skins of different races - kobold, elf, etc.
POT skins for placeable buildings in the themes already in game - elf, Viking, shogun, etc
More player dungeons pieces and the ability to buy single pieces - Chris had mentioned the option of being able to buy some of the stuff we can loot in game at one point.
NPC non combat/not pet limit tied creatures for dungeons and housing.... maybe give us an unlock increase if they need to be tied to pet limits
A ton more holiday stuff - themed small buildings, houses, landscapes (snow piles, leaf piles), etc.
Buildable pieces for houses - floors, walls, roofs, etc. (snap style)

To give you guys an idea, I have about $100 to $200 discretionary game spending per month. So generally if you price something at $50; I may not buy it if there are multiple other cool things that month or it just doesn't serve a purpose for what I am going to do with it.

 

My character is supposed to look like this:

So I'd really like it if they added a normal map to character's faces so you can have some wrinkles, and have some nice hooded wizard robes that don't have the Obsidian symbol on them.

 

Hair Dye.

sparkling, glowing, neon dyes.

 

I pays RM for
1. Pack mules to carry my harvestable
2. panniers or something like that for the mules, that can be dyed.
3. Rideable Mounts.
4. more pets to be out in my citizen home etc
5. ability to paint house
6. unique Paints for house
7. New Hair styles, and colors
8. how about WIGS, that could be dyed and have a unique appearance
9. Bows that never take damage by adding a special wax coating on then or similar...
10. weapons that grow with you... and pets. etc

 

And, what I asked for years ago: "Outlander news" in every tavern (--> well, now it would be news from TheAvatar.Express )

 

I long time back I requested this and Chris responded they could probably have scaled pet size based on level but new art/models were out of the picture back then, maybe with reuse of unity assets they could perhaps find something to make this happen

 

- More types of POT fx's (larger versions of fog or some that can scale up in size to use less, Dragons flying over head.
- Option to remove outer forest edge on templates so people can just wander out of the area to the map.
- More template options for POTS

- Dungeon teleports for linking dungeons together.
- Scenes that flow into each other rather then exit to map and back in
- POT working map with option for gov to edit parts
- More POT items or allow some house items to be placeable in POT. Hard to make a camp when I can't place bedrolls etc. need more flexibility to design.
- POT terrain tool
- Weather that changes POT's rain makes things look wet, snow changes ground to white. could make a few versions of the template and some slow transition.

I am sure I could sit here all day making lists...
