    Subbing for xp I don't agree with. As mentioned playing the game will give that. We need exciting. To me XP is not that.

    No complaints here Have 2 accounts and is my way of supporting the game. I'll make use of whatever I get and I use a lot of pure black. And I do like the titles.

    Obsidian Stones —

    Much like Soul Shards on OSI-

    Allowing us to, encapsulate, egg, the exp we’ve spent on a Specialziation, and store it in the, “Obsidian Stone”

    So people who want to switch their Specializations without having to do a refund would be neat.

    Example: I’m Fire/Sun spec today, but maybe tomorrow I want to be a Tamer; I’ve already leveled Taming Specialization to 100, so I could, “Stone” my Sun Spec exp into the stone, and enable my Taming Spec.

    Yay or Nah?

    I agree the Rewards program is very much underutilized, yet is one of the best levers they have for growth. Some general ideas:

    - create more tiers (allowing movement up or down)
    - discounts for multiple subs
    - lifetime sub upgrades (yes...lifetime..they can do the math relative to CLV metrics/goals, etc.)
    - annual sub (discounted)
    - implement a real rewards / loyalty program via points or cashback or similar (tons of things you can do here like OP suggested)
    - in-game perk ideas: discounted or free of certain service charges, extension of housing decay or no decay as long as subbed, etc.

    There are so many things they can do to expand on this that would greatly help with conversion rates and retention.
