Bzzt. New CS person has just started as well well as a new support ticket system. If you have a support ticket in the past, and it wasn’t recently answered, try submitting it again now.
Our support person started last weekend. We should be back to 1 week or less response. I hit all the tickets within the last 2 months before she took over.
Greetings Chris did a great job of "Hitting" my 2 month old problem of a POT transfer before the new CS person started. I know communication is lacking some time but they have not had a CS person for some time now also. I am very happy and enjoying my new POT thanks to Chris and Sannio. Maybe its how you asked.
