[Needs Info] Deco stops being able to place

    Title: Deco stops being able to place
    Reproduction Rate: 2 of 3 sessions
    Blocker? Must Quit client and restart to restore function
    Details:
    While Decoing 5 lots as a group with Shogun Wall Set I lose the deco ability
    Verified Deco hotkey was set correctly, turned off then on again
    Cannot place Wall set pieces or simple deco like plates and rusty utensils
    I am also a town steward on QA if that is part of the problem.
    Moving between 5 lots to place as a sort of Keep
    It takes 4--50 deco places, moves, resizes
    BTW the Deco resize bug bothers me also.
    Cannot place markers when this happens also.

    On the lot, in the house, nothing worked.

    I was trying to place one of those ornate table shelf thingys, and I also tried with a pitchfork.
