Trees in house

I have tree limbs growing inside of my house on the 2nd & 3rd floors.

 

this is not enough information to help you. please run the /bug command (at your house). this will put a draft bug report on your clipboard that includes the exact location the devs need, so you can just come back to this thread and hit paste in the reply box.

 

Thanks for the quick response and help with this ! I am sorry but can you explain to me on how or where I put the "/bug" command at ? Not trying to sound like I do not know what I am doing, but I don't !! thx for the help with this...

 

In the game, type /bug in the chat dialog while you are in your house.

 

in the chat box, type

/bug

and hit enter. it'll output a bunch of text to the chat window, and you might wonder how to copy it out, but you don't have to, becasue it copies it at the same time.

ah, it gets a bit more complex: this is a player-owned town. the governor, and any stewards he may have designated, have the power and responsibility to clean up this tree. they have tree-mowing pavers they can put down, or they can move your lot over, but they have control over the town, not the game devs. you'll need to contact Envy.
