    Details:

    at dusk and dawn, even when the sun should be behind something ... it's not.

    Steps to Reproduce: go outside and look where the sun is during dusk or dawn, when it should be behind something like a tree or building or mountain.

    this is the volumetric lighting. it's supposed to be disabled automatically when you have shadows turned off, but it looks like that switch isn't working right now.
