Collector's Editions still shipping / available?

    Hi,

    I backed SoA yearrrrrrrrrs ago (Knight tier), it's in my official SoA profile (I've been inactive for most of the time since).

    I updated my shipping address to be accurate for the collector's edition shipment after receiving a Portalarium e-mail last year, but I failed to notice that I needed to pay additional international shipping for that service, which I can still technically do from my profil.

    I e-mailed support twice (first time around a month ago, second a couple of weeks ago). No response, and probably not too surprising considering SoA has been (somewhat) bought out / had its ownership transferred.

    My question is...what do I do now to get my collector's edition?

    I would send a PM to @Chris or send an in game mail to his Avatar Atos and he should respond to you. He is good at responding.

    Hi again,

    I sent a direct e-mail to Chris as well as a Conversation on here (I take it that's the equivalent of a PM?), but no reply. I haven't sent an in-game mail as it apparently needs the character to be level 15, and I stopped playing since the Alpha days. I'll try get back into playing and level up, but not sure that'll help.

    Any other ideas? Thanks!

    They have been without a proper CS person for a long time. THe company jsut got done transitioning and like a week or 2 ago chris mentioned a new CS person is being hired, until thats done continuing to try and get in touch with chris via email and forum PM is probly your best bet

    how to get a collectors box...

    1. purchase a normal box
    2. buy your self a collectors edition sticker
    3. buy a coin that has SOTA written on it.

    When i got mine a while back i got all three of these items individually wrapped. I was like WTF isnt this stuff supposed to be in the cellophane wrapper and not DIY.

    That...is...ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous...Not entirely shocked that this happened, but just so absurd...an individually wrapped sticker!?!? Really!?!?
