    Hi

Reading through the R71 I noticed that Portalarium Inc. is mentioned as author - it probably should be Catnip now.

there is also a reference to 3410 Far West Blvd in Austin - which is an outdated reference, too.

would be good to see these updated.

The developer and publisher on Wikipedia is still listed as Port/Catnip also.

And the Portalarium wiki page also seems outdated. I see on that page is a link to the Portalarium website which just redirects to the SotA website to a page about Portalarium that has no mention of the change over either.

Catnip doesn’t have a wiki yet.

Edit: Website is still not updated to reflect new changes either, including eula, privacy page etc.

Will the contact email change from support@portalarium to support@catnipp or support@shroudoftheavatar?

I’m guessing due to time constraints a lot of things haven’t been updated to reflect the change over.

The asset aquire included the portalarium name so he doesn't have to rush in making those changes. It will happen eventually.

A company name isn't a transferable "asset" exactly. A trademark may be, but they straight up let that expire last year. So technically no one owns it. Anyone can spin up a company called "Portalarium" or a game called "Shroud of the Avatar" (they let that one expire too). The only way they'd "acquire" "Portalarium" is if they bought out the company as a whole, which would have included its legal and contractual responsibilities, such as the legal and moral obligations to SEC filings for their investors, who never got a single update... which was the point of not acquiring Portalarium.

So because "Portalarium" is not trademarked, and the still-existing (supposedly) company Portalarium is tightly partnered with Catnip games, it's not much more than a technicality.

Maybe the new CS person will take care of it. I don't think Chris has time for such things.

Bzzt, put in a new ticket for it. Bzzzzt
