    Title: Unable to place stacked deco when deco mode is disabled

    Details:
    Disable deco mode first. Prepare a stacked light source in the inventory. Drag the light source on a lot and it cannot be placed on a lot.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 32715
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 1960
    SotA.QA.Win.64.887.Date.11.15.19
    Area: POT_swamp_metropolis_01a_template/Veritas Sanctuary

    Loc: (-4.1, 44.5, 424.0)

    wait.. you are saying you can not place a stacked light source when deco mode is disabled.. so you mean you CAN when deco mode is enabled ?

    when you have deco mode enabled and you grab a stack of something (that is deco), it assumes you want to deco with it and only picks up one. if you have deco mode disabled, it assumes you do NOT want to deco with it, so if you grab a stack, it actually grabs the stack.

    Like Alley said, deco mode is off so of course it reads the stack.. sounds like it is as intended and not a bug..

    If you want to drag a single deco item off of a stack when not in deco mode then hold down the control key while draging.

    BTW, I've always hated this inconsistent behavior. I would prefer that we always need to hold the control key to drag one off of a stack.
