    Blocker? not really
    Details: Same as last release. Pasting info from that bug submission. @Chris
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Ignite weapon and attack something

    @Chris found the problem. It was Magic Warding skill in the Tactics tree. I unlearned that and all is good now.
