    Title: Esmeralda's Elven Herbal Tea Leaves

    Details: Not exactly a bug, really, but after you complete Esmeralda's elven tea leaves quest, those leaves continue to be found on elves. Ok, not really a problem, you can give them to Esmeralda for a quick 400 exp and 10 gold.

    I propose that if you bring her a second set of tea leaves, she teaches the recipe for elven herbal tea.

    After she has given a recipe, make the leaves no longer be quest items. Since Highvale Outskirts is a tier 0 scene, the tea should have minor buffs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Kill an elf in the outskirts, collect their leaves and return them to Esmeralda.
