    Details: Attempted to place in Town Lot, Village Lot, inside home/outside home and attempted in POT (as a steward)
    Steps to Reproduce: Bought Tabby Cat Spawner, appeared in inventory, dragged and attempted to drop

    I believe the store description clearly states this is a pot decoration item. However as a steward you should be able to place it in your town, provided you have that access.

    Also, in the last patch, these should be placable in a basement and dungeon.

    Yes, I tried to place in the POT and that also failed.

    a: was it on a flat surface? i'm not sure how sensitive to that these are.
    b: how are the town's deco limits?
