Can´t socket some artifacs

Now some artifacts are sockeable and others not.

List of Artifacts that can´t be socket :

Staff of Anarchy;
Staff of death
Gaias heart
Frozen tears of titan
Heart of Vrul
Xen Penetrator

 

I am still waiting to socket my Gaias Heart

 

The artifacts bellow can be socket and give extra attunement, for example an uncommon Vexlyns Ember of Conflagration give +25 fire attunement + 10 att from socket gem + 15 - 17 from fire attunement enchant = it´s 50+ attunement for a single wand.

Only the artifacts bellow can be socket and than enchanted with + attunement:

• Wand of Static Discharge
• Wand of Undying Embers
• Vexlyns Ember of Conflagration
• Thunder Branch

This is a huge inbalance for other magic schools, the list in OP should be socket too.
