    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. /setweather rain -> "rain is not nearby"
    2. /setweather night -> "character name "night" is not found."
    3. /setweather Kai Council -> no response
    User Specs:

    Build 900: Confirmed /setweather and /timescale now does not require character name
