'Get Information from Elf' Quest Won't Clear

    Title: 'Get Information from Elf' Quest Won't Clear

    Details: Finished the Crooked Shank side quest completely, but still have the 'Get Information from Elf' quest in my journal, map and compass. The entire Crooked Shank quest line fizzles at the end due to not being able to help the elves or peacefully resolve the problem with the villagers. If you kill the villagers, they simply re-spawn and attack you eternally.
    Steps to Reproduce: Start Crooked Shank quest line by asking the mayor about his key and follow the steps until you get to the end.
