I'm thinking about moving lots and I assume I can preserve my deco placement with the property manager. I see it has spots for house, basement and dungeon. I assume if I drag that to a property manager slot and then place the deed at the new lot it will move everything (I'm moving within the same town)?

I just want to make sure I don't mess it up as that's a lot of time replacing everything. Also, it doesn't show a dungeon on my property even though one is present and usable. Not too concerned about it though as it is not far developed.

    Advice welcome!

Yes @mass The Property Manager is specifically designed to save the layout of your home, lot, dungeon and basements.

When restoring back your lot, home, dungeon or basement to a new lot, if the new lot is not in the same town, you will have to pay a COTO fee.

If the new lot is in the same town no fee needs to be payed.
