I think I've read somewhere that each account can only have three Lot claims - poster may be wrong or I am, but ...

... a simple question and hopefully a few simple answers:

    * Can I have and own i.e. - one Town Lot and three Row Lots?

    To devs:

    * IF there are limits ... any thoughts about expanding number of Lots owned?

    * IF no limits, any thoughts about decreasing number of Lots owned, or ...
    * Setting a strict limit?

the three deeds is limited to three deeds in npc towns. you can have as many in pots as you can get your hands on.

Thank you, but As Far As I Know, doesn't really answer my question since the answer is just as uncertain as my own knowledge - so your answer is not helpful.

Please only answers that contains actual knowledge.

As long as at least one of those is in a player owned town, yes.

The limit it is on non-POT lots. It is 3 per account.

    THANK you! Thumbs up.

Exactly the answer I was looking for.

So conclusion is ... one Lot deed in three different NPC towns = three total matching limits AND innumerous in POT's?

    Is that correct perceived?

I know I have 19 lots in a single POT at the moment.
Didn't even realise there was a limit on npc towns

Great. Thank you. I forgot about the player manual (I wonder how many read manuals) - my bad.

I used search phrases on Wiki and here on forum, which didn't work - but I'll remember the player manual: Note to self: MUST read manuals ;)

    Accounts are FREE.

Go make a new account for any additional lots in NPC towns that you may wish to acquire :)

    That's correct ;)

But wait: for POT ONLY if the OWNER allows it and doesn't kick you out.

The latter should be safe for you and some "compliments" you gave ;)

Just a kind of humor I hope you understand ;)

Could be a solution, but I only want to control one account. Thanks anyway :)

    *

    1. Right ... eviction, forgot about that. I am in a good standing with the owner of the POT where I want three of the buildings.

    2. Oh - even if a humor is on my expense I can take it.

Now the original question has been answered, a useless off topic humorous post must be an appropriate way to close the topic.

    I completely disagree. Why?

Because telling I live by these standards: Humor, self irony, listening, admitting, honor, honesty etc ...

... will completely spoil my reputation  (;)).

Here are the list of days:
    • Citizen: 150 days
    • Edelmann: 180 days
    • Knight: 210 days
    • Knight Marshal: 240 days
    • Lord: 270 days
    • Lord Marshal: 300 days
    • Baron, Baron 2, Baron 3: 330 days
    • Duke: 360 days
    • Lord of the Manor, Lord of the Manor 2: 390 days
    • All others: 120 days
Does anyone have a definitive answer to:

    1) If a lot is reserved, and there is a co-owner, does the "days remaining" reset to max when a co-owner logs on, or only if co-owner interacts with something?

    2) If it resets when a co-owner logs in, does it reset to the deed owner's or the co-owner's "days remaining" value?

Understood. But what's the point? I already have several alts. All maxed out with deeds.. May as well eliminate the need to keep creating accounts to own more land. It's a limitation with no meaning since we keep getting around it this way.

I have over a dozen deeds sitting in a drawer in game. Not sure if I want to bother creating more accounts so I can use them :D

    1) Interaction, pick up an item and place it back down.
    2) It resets the remaining days of the lot deed owner.

Yep works exactly like that. I always double-check. I do this as a service in PaxLair for anyone that wants to add me as a trustee and has a tax-free lot.
