io.open fails with mode "a"

    Append mode of io.open fails to open any files.

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 5.0 Ubuntu 18.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 64417
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 6144
    SotA.QA.Linux.64.940.Date.01.23.20

    I've noticed that as well ... I'm new to LUA (but not software dev in general), so I wasn't sure if it was simply Lua itself, or perhaps Shroud's Lua implementation.
    I found the same problem with "a+". I suspect it's anything other than "r" and "w" that fails.

    It's probably an "undocumented feature" in the "protective measures" that are added to block filesystem access outside of Shroud's Lua directory.
