    Put out a notification to everyone in the vicinity of exact location when you haven't moved for five seconds.

    Hopefully this will solve the "4 out of 16 people are bouncing all over the place while we are trying to take the 22nd anniversary screenshot" problem, without killing network performance.

    i would make that 1 sec, could be useful for pvp when doing big stuns :D
