    Details: The prisoner wearing armor here doesn't make sense (to me at least)
    Steps to Reproduce: Observe / fight the higher level prisoner here.

    We only have two NPCs that actually look like prisoners, and they're human. In my head, this prisoner either stole the armor and weapon from a guard or was able to make his way into a closet or armory that had some useful gear.

    @Sannio Gotcha, thanks! They were locked in a cell until I pulled the lever - so that's why it didn't make sense to me at the time.
