    Cant combine the new Envy Quivers. Common to Uncommon etc.

    Common = 25% Blinding shot dmg +10 Chaos Attunment and 0,1 Draw Speed modifier

    Getting the same issues 4 quivers, stone tool and 100 coal does not give the usual craft to combine tto an uncommon.

    As of path 1118 you can now combine the quivers, stats do NOT change for a uncommon quiver still 25% 10 Chaos and 0.1 Draw

    verified on qa 1105. common, uncommon, rare, and legendary. epic has different stats.
