[Fixed] Overland Troll Encounter broken (various issues)

    Title: Overland Troll Encounter broken (various issues)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
    Details: When attempting to enter the Overland Troll Encounter, the loading screen stops at 50% for a while and states you have insufficient privileges to enter the scene. After a few minutes the player is returned to the Overland Map.

    Also due to the quest item for a blessing (The Blessing of Elusiveness) being only available in one scene in the entire game, players can no longer get this blessing.

    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Overland Troll Encounter at this location.

    I wasn't paying attention to the screen, just noticed when I hard the sound of rezzing back into Novia.

    Also note that this is supposedly the only location where the BMC ring drops.

    That is completely false information. The BMC ring has a chance to drop from any Mountain Troll. This i know for a fact.
