    Title: Bard timer doesn't stop when knocked down, or dead (probably also messed, or stunned, etc)

    Details: The bard song timer doesn't stop when knocked down by Troll stomp - or after being killed
    Steps to Reproduce: Use a bard skill, get knocked down by a troll stomp - same for killed.`
