    do you mean the one to your left which is almost out of frame and covered by your chat window? yes, you can craft it, though i think it's a bit smaller than that by default.

    do you mean the one slightly to your right? no, but it should have been posted in the existing pinned thread for deco that already exists in game but isn't accessible to players (yet).
