    It's true!

Below is the full list of "Cross-Continent Galleons" that will be available in our three overworld maps. Using one will bring up a list of all the others, in a manner similar to the lists of POT signpost teleporters.
    1. Aerie (New!)
    2. Ardoris (New!)
    3. Brittany
    4. Jaanaford (New!)
    5. Kingsport
    6. Noreach (New-ish!)
    7. Mistrendur (New-ish!)

I for 1 don't understand the point of this post... 3:40 is a drop in the bucket, I've experienced 9:00 flight times in WoW to be dropped off at the entrence of the expansion, only to have another flight to the next expansion area...

I don't understand your: New Player angle... These areas were not really intended for Brand New Player to explore, they were set up like WoW: meaning they force you to establish your skills/level, before allowing you to explore the next level areas... It's my understanding that: your combat skills are set to zero when you cross to the new lands, is this not true? Isn't that the reason they give you lower tier areas to train in?

Why did you start in Soltown? I guess your home is there... With all area access to your bank, I see no purpose in going straight home after playing, my home is in Hidden Vale, so when I take a boat it's to Brittany: from there it's a short walk to where you show the Galleons to get around, watching your video tells me you have much faster load time than I do, and with this tip:

Your whole post is kind of "Mute" (moot as you europeans say)... All and all, thanks for posting this, I must have missed the announcement, so I'm headed there now to see "what's up"... after all, I did purchase early access to all 5 episodes...

I sometimes dream that some, if not most, of these 100 other places get the Ulfheim/other re-vamped scenes treatment to make it worthwhile to go to those as well. :)

Will you consider including a town in the north east like Port Graff?

@Kara Brae : I think my adventurer level was somewhere in the 50's or 60's when I finished the quest to get the Shroud. You should be able to do it solo like I did if you are anywhere near that. And I'm a solo player, too.

Alot of stuff for the Shroud is not difficult. It's more a run for scrolls ....
But you're right, there are about two difficult scenes, and one is very hard because you need to defeat enemies and can't get out, before this is done.
I mentioned this a few times and asked for change...

I recommend to use the good walk through from Synergy Blaize and do, what you can, means: collect the scrolls.

And the two places, you can't do by your own:
Let's meet for them on a weekend. It's done in about 1 hour :)

    @Sannio,
    how do you manage, that
    - new players, who started in Solace Bridge won't use them by accident and get lost?
    - players with no (early) access to Episode 2 can't use them?
I think, this is important to consider ...

Does that mean that those new galleons will also go to Hidden Vale?

How about the condition that two flags need to be set before allowing the player access to the portal?

    *Adventurer level
    *Access to Episode 2

And you did the battle waves at Grannus by your own - without any help? Respect :)
I couldn't do it two times with complete new Avatars (did the whole main storyline, but not every side quest).

@Paladin Michael : Nope. On those battle waves, if you run from the very beginning of the wave you can make it through before the gates lock you in. :)

looking at the map and where the locations are of the new lands the north part makes the most sense for where the ports would be. That said with other boats mentioned by Elgarion I dont think it would be an issue :)

I remember this was possible, but seemed not to work anymore (even difficult with wolf speed potion)...

Anyways: even if it would work (again) - if you don‘t know about this possibility, how can you finish it? How long has a player to die, until (s)he thinks about this kind of trick?

That‘s exactly what a good story won‘t need:
to know about (not intented!) ways to ‚sneak‘ through :(
