    This issue (Issue #65391) is still present.

    Details: Andrea Warner and Lilith (both in general location shown below) say there is a jester. The dialogue comes up when you type in a non-key words and NPC's give a generic response, or when some "residents of Brittany" are asked about rumors. This issue is present with many other npc's also (including Spoony, the "Jester" that everyone else is referring to). see pic below.

    Spoony probably shouldn't be referring to himself (the jester) in the third person, but I don't understand what's wrong with the residents of Brittany talking about a jester. Is it because Spoony isn't in a stereotypical jester outfit?

    Spoony is labelled as "The Bard", and not labelled as "Jester" (see pic below). Some players won't know that Spoony is the Jester that the townsfolk are talking about.
    Perhaps is is easier if Spoony's label were changed to "Jester". That would make it consistent with the term the townsfolk are using.

    During conversations with Spoony, he'll sometimes refer to himself as a bard, other times a jester, and sometimes a fool. (Say "job" to him for the easiest way to see his feelings about himself.)

    I'll be leaving the "jester" references as-is, but I've just checked in a change to his "rumors" responses so he'll stop using the townsfolk's "jester" response. (He'll be getting some new rumors all his own.)
