What about "Tax Free" lot deeds? or indestructible tools? I thought they were all nice investments... Doh, sorry the deeds aren't available anymore... This is why I invested long before the game was released...

Don't you get a two Deeds for completing the story line? Row lot and Village.

And the tools are worthless since crafting is not worth it right now.

You can upgrade a crown store deed to tax free by right clicking on the deed.

You can always upgrade them with COTOs for tax free, but then again nothing wrong with paying rent. Gets rid of those people who have land and haven't played in 2 years..

Re: Lot rent, there was a time it cost you 1k gold a day to maintain a village lot. Now it's 500 gold - which is one visit to the Oracle.

Row lots are also trivial to maintain at 250g/day.

Tax free deeds also time out if you don't log in for a few months.

No, it doesn't replace your starter weapon stats.

If you use the actual store weapon, it will be equipped in place of your starter weapon. The stats of your starter weapon remain the same, but as it is now in your inventory they no longer apply in combat.

If you instead salvage the store weapon, you will receive an eternal pattern of that weapon in exchange. That pattern can be applied to any weapon of the same type. The stats of that weapon will be unchanged, but it will now look like the store weapon.

To reclaim the pattern to use it on another weapon you must simply salvage the weapon it is applied to.

Salvaging and applying patterns is done through crafting.
