[Resolved] Can't Start Game

    Earlier today I patched from 1174 to 1177 (I think those are the numbers). 1175 was a big patch, the next two were small. I had trouble getting into the game and had to restart the PC after a number of failed attempts. I was getting a message box showing "Error During Update" with two buttons to "Force Launch" and "Retry", neither worked. After the PC restart I got in and played for hours. Qish is my wife's account, QuObert/QuO Catskill is mine. I played both earlier today but not the problem is back and the PC restart does not resolve it.

    If you look under QuObert you can see that I have submitted bugs in the past, and you can get my PC specs. Dell XPS 8500, etc etc.

    This is not a good time to be locked out of the game. I figured the launcher might just download the entire .exe if I simply renamed it but NO, it just says it can't find the .exe. What to do??? Thanks.

    if you need a full reinstall, do a full uninstall and then there's an installer link on your account page.

    even going that route it doesnt work ...at least for me. I ended up going through steam which i hate. Cant do stand alone or QA at all

    I have not been able to patch or log into the game since Release 75 came out, except for 1 time I somehow managed to get game reinstalled and logged. Next day could not get in because it I keep getting hung up in the updating process loading 3/6 over and over day after day.

    I uninstalled the game 3more times now and still can't get in.
    I have a very capable computer that I have been running this game on for over 3 years without a hitch
    ... now at the worst time this crap!

    Missed my window to select a new place for my POT to be placed in new lands,
    I ended up picking off a map without even being able to go check it out first.

    Trying to get some help just seems so futile as of late!
    I have tried and tried..
    help?

    I refuse to use Steam, just will quit playing this game before I do that,
    I have posted all over these forum and on Discord and not one lick of help from anyone developers or community!
