I tried to place a wall torch in my dungeon (3rd person view) and it does some crazy zoom in and out really fast all on its own. I'm standard fairly close to the wall when this happens.

if I change to 1st person view it stops.

My wall torches in my basement are not on (lit), and I cannot toggle them on either. Also my iron chandeliers look like they are not lighting properly either. This makes 1 corner showing rather dark but the opposite basement room corner looks fine though.

A large number of my wall torches hanging iron lanterns and various light fixtures in my basement are not working again. I have a few on each floor that work but the rest do not. Town 5 story basement.

Title: Lighting problems occurring after 4/12/20 morning patches

    Reproduction Rate: 75%

    Blocker? No

Details: There is a problem with the lighting in my player dungeon foyer (and also some of the candle lighting in my house) after earlier updates on 4/12/20, still not fixed by the subsequent updates later in the day. When zoning into my dungeon, the main foyer (Ornate Triple Connection Stone Dungeon Foyer) appears very dark around the pre-fixed chandelier in the middle of it. After moving around the dungeon and returning to the main foyer, the lighting will appear correctly. The rest of the dungeon lighting appears to correctly illuminate.

Steps to Reproduce: Zone into my player dungeon. Resuming or reloading game, issue still persists.

It's not just player dungeons. 50% of the Iron Chandeliers in my basement are not emitting light, along with some wall candles.

Half of the wall torches in my village arena basement are not working. Other half is working. Also lights in the main floor of Wizard Tower will randomly work.

I have problems with anything that makes light - wall torches, candles, all fixtures, outdoor lamp posts, etc. In house, basement, outdoors, etc.

i have a lord benefactor house on a town lot. most of my lights are not working. they "look" on but shed no light. this list of lights include the candles and chandeliers that are part of the house, fireplace, melted candle cluster c and frosted glass floor lamp. i have not yet tried other light sources but i have a feeling that they will be the same.

And the current QA version has the same issue. The "funny" thing is that for me it's only in the basement and only some of the chandeliers and wall candles. Sometimes crafting stations that are light sources. Also some crafting stations do not make sound when using.

These lighting issues are all related. There is an existing issue open on this: #66924, thought to be corrected, but seems to still be present. I have refreshed the report.

Thanks Ravalox. Not sure if it helps, but when i go to remove them from the wall, they light up. If i leave the basement and come back, they are back off and the only way to turn them on is to pick them up as if i were going to put them in my pack.

Title: All Lights are Wonky including Fireplaces (Video Demo)
    Reproduction Rate: Random
Blocker? It is when you're in a basement and there's no light
Details: If I zone, log in, log out, walk across the lot, and back, lights will be in a "broken state" where their physical body is lit but the flame or bulb is out and it's illumination of its surroundings is off. Fireplaces act especially strange.

If I move a light, it will work again... or randomly as I come and go off the lot or to another side of it.
