[Resolved] Crafting XP Pool Issue - lost 5 million XP

I had approximately 29,000,000 XP in Producer Pool at 1200 Eastern Time May 18, 2020, and have been logged on up until it said the instance was closing a little later. I then hit the leave instance button and a bit later as I was afk...I noticed I was at 24,000,000 XP. I only mined about a million XP today in Elysium, and used about 500k salvaging 2 items in Blacksmith, so even if the closed instance was an issue, I should be at 28,500,000 from last nights total, long before the issue today. I'm not the best miner in the game, but with a prosperity pickaxe and a Obsidian Potion, with 120 Mining skils, speed, meticulous.....it takes me 2 hours to get 1,000,000 XP. So I've lost 10 hours of play time etc.

I would like an explanation of what happened as well as the XP to be restored.

 

@Elgarion - thought I'd tag you because if this is a serious issue for more than just I, needs to be addressed immediately.

PS... I find it incredibly demeaning/futile to play this game from this point forward, knowing what a significant loss of time this issue is if this isn't addressed.

 

@Chris - thank you for the quick investigation. I thought something nefarious had happened but it turns out I completely forgot the Alchemy Proficiency you noted. I really try to avoid making blunders like this, but it got me.
