[Fixed] R77 Crafting Necklace of Cautious Precision Rare produces item with wrong name

    Title: R77 Crafting Necklace of Cautious Precision Rare produces wrong item
    Reproduction Rate: 1 for 1, so 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: I crafted a Necklace of Cautious Precision (Rare) from 4 Necklaces of Cautious Precision (Uncommon). What I got was a plain Necklace of Cautious Precision. Like before the different artifact levels were implemented. Either the item needs to be changed to the correct item, or the item description needs to be fixed.

    Also, just a nitpick, the Recipe learned was "Ring of Cautious Precision, Uncommon to Rare" as opposed to "Necklace". That is definitely just a cosmetic issue.

    Steps to Reproduce: Craft a Necklace of Cautious Precision (Rare) from 4 Necklaces of Cautious Precision (Uncommon), plus 100 coal and a stone chisel..

    Its not the wrong item, its just mislabeled. The stats are right. Its missing the "rare" qualificative.
