Disappearing deco while decoing is soooooo annoying!

WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED????

 

What do you mean Disappearing deco?

 

Anytime I place a piece of anything that is able to be placed as decoration and I walk off it vanishes, then you walk over to it and it appears, then you walk away and it disappears. You can walk into it while it is invisible. Does this multiple houses and on POT . Inside deco, outside deco doesn't matter. It vanishes and reappears. I have to run to the over world and come back in order to see it on my screen again.

 

This has been going on for well over month and half. Others have reported it.

Take that back its been going on for 2.5 Months

Is there a reason that GPU Occlusion is on by default?

 

I thought it was supposed to be off by default.

 

Yeah its GPU Occlusion. this is something I reported where from certain angles things vanish including spell fx. If you place an item and spin your camera around it will show all but in one spot usually. I turned mine off because many things were not working with it on.

 

Let’s see if my two missing pirate crew members (Single pose mannequins) show up or if they are hiding at some shady sea shanty somewhere nearby.

Just checked with a different account and it does seem to be off by default. So I guess that’s good.

If it was previously enabled it still might then be checked on though...

That option should probably not even be in a live build though....

 

Ahh, I will try this 'fix'... hopefully they can find the problem and we can use GPU Occlusion for it's supposed benefits... tho my rig has never had much lag. Annoying bug for sure.
