I placed some dyed color cycling banners as curtains in the second story of my store-front row house. They stopped color cycling. When I move them and replace them, they start color cycling again. I noticed that the Aether ones in Cici's Storefront house are doing the same thing. (Not glowing)

I have multiple furniture items that also no longer show the Aether dye effects. Also, many of the clothes I have dyed with "Sparkle", "Pulse" and "Aether" dyes do not show when I put them on my character or in the paperdoll but do show if placed as decoration except; for the "Black Glowing Dye" effect.

Some examples of the clothing are: Medieval Shirt, Brown Bowler hat, Bodice Tops and Bottoms, One-Man Band Shirt and Hat, Satin and Lace Shoes, Norgard Fur Hood, Goggles and Cloaks.

    GPU Occlusion is unchecked.

Shimmers, sparkles, etc. not working when a dyed item is placed in a player dungeon. Tested on banners, beds, pillow, some clothing items placed in scene. In some cases, picking up and moving the item will restore the effect, for only for that instance of the dungeon - it will be dead again the next time entered. (Note: tested only in Deco mode.)

Title: Short banner with pulsing dye does not pulse
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
I have three hanging short banners hanging in my home. There were dyed with purple puling dye. They used to pulse just fine. Upon zoning into town, they do not pulse. Just a solid purple. But if you move them, even a small placement adjustment, they start to pulse again. Until you leave the zone and come back, and find them solid again.

This has been happening for a while now (a few weeks at least).

Steps to Reproduce: Use purple pulsing dye on a short banner. Hang it in your house. Banner will be pulsing. Zone out of the scene, and back in later. Banners will not be pulsing any more.

Or, zone into Knight's Watch (overland Hidden Vale map just south of Kingsport). Go to my house at the coordinates in the debug below (the "Rusty Fork"). Banners are hanging in the upper windows.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz (4) System RAM: 16313
