Is there a way to back up an empty lot?

    Looks like the property manager does not work with empty lot deed.

    It does, but when you drag it over it’s invisible.
    Should be bug reported.

    Yes you can backup a "No House" or blank lot. I would suggest before you do you rename both the lot deed by right clicking on the Deed name in the Lot Deeds (U) and also rename the lot contents by right clicking on the lot contents in the Property Manager. Then when you view either the Lot Deeds or Property Manage you know what is there. Lot Deeds already tells you what size lot it is and what town it is located in. Property Manager tells you what type (Basement, Dungeon, other) and what size lot it fits on.
