    @Elgarion, Do you know if the raffle for the Shogun lighthouse was done - even though the server was down?
    I assume it will be done automatically?

    Has anyone already received a notification?

    You'll have to contact the Meretz guys for that. We don't receive feedback on the raffles, winners or status (other than working out future promotion items).

    I have, @Elgarion.
    No answer until today.
    However - they have to inform you (Catnip Games) about the winner, because the prize has to be transferred via in game mail by Catnip Games :)
    That's the way it worked in the past - I don't believe they have access on sweepstake items and send out prizes?

    I sent a second request today to let us (or Catnip Games: Chris or Elgarion) know if the winners were drawn for the June sweepstakes.

    @Elgarion: The former process was, they informed the winners on their website.

    So it happened to me, I won last August and had no idea about it. There was no information via the Meretz app.

    When I logged on to the Meretz site months later, I got the information on the screen that I had won.
    After that I had to write to Chris about the prize to get it.

    And unfortunately, at that moment the prizes were awarded as heritage items (although at the time of winning they were not advertised as such ...)

    The process could be communicated more clearly with meretz or the winners should be named on the SotA site and won items should be sent automatically.

    Let's see if we get a response from Meretz soon :)

    What about July's winner? And what is August's drawing tickets? I am not giving up on this after 2 years of buying tickets, I am hoping someday I will win something.

    Looks like there will be no sweep for August, as it's half way through the month and none has been posted.

    Hi everyone, this is Eric, one of the founders of the Meretz app. Unfortunately, my partner (and software developer) has decided to leave Meretz. Without getting into the business drama, I was hoping he'd keep the SotA sweepstakes going since all of you, the players, have been so supportive of the app. As this sadly isn't the case, I'm now looking for a developer who can assist me with the Meretz app, including continuing the SotA sweepstakes. I am absolutely planning on keeping the app going and reigniting the sweeps. I will also identify the winner for July and let the great folks at Portalarium know so they can reward the winner appropriately. I hear and completely understand the frustration voiced in this forum, and elsewhere. I'm with you 100%. I also see this as an indication that the concept behind the app is compelling. This, in addition to your loyalty and engagement, drives me to keep the Meretz app going. I'll continue to work hard and plan to stay in touch more frequently. Thank you again for all the support. I can't tell you how much it means to me.

    @Elgarion @Chris this thread is 3 months old now, last communication by the 3rd party vendor/partner/whoever on August 18th. This issue should have been resolved by the 3rd party vendor/partner/whoever in 1 or 2 weeks at the most (and that's pushing it). Can we get a final resolution to this please?

    Looks like their security certificate expired 4 days ago, which is locking up the app on several devices. You may have to click through warnings to get to their website directly. It still works, but not ideal.

    However, by the same token, the site is out of date. The Topiary Keep Dragon Statue that *should* be on sweepstakes is not. Same thing happened last month. The only one listed is the Ornate Greenhouse 3-Story Row House that ended in July.

    I don't know if @Elgarion or @ahtraddis have any other information for us.
