How do you train Ring of Fire when all prerequisites are met?

There is no option to pay the $100 gold. I met the Fireball and Immolation level 40, but it doesn't give the highlighted option to learn the skill.

ya you need to go to desolis and the buildings you can see from the default entrance, the master fire trainer is behind those buildings. You will also have to do a quest for that person to get the fire elemental opened up. For the tier 4 and 5 skills you need to use the master trainers.

say something in universe chat or setup a group in LFG (alt+F). There's usually a few people on that would be willing to help out. of course, a guild is always nice too.

 

Just to be clear, the tier 4 and 5 Combat skills can only be taught by a master trainer. Look for an NPC with the title Master Fire Magic Trainer in Desolis (her name is Martella) and then speak to her and click the train button. She will train you in the Ring of Fire skill provided you have Fireball and Immolation skills to level 40.

Go to the water well in the center of the town. Turn East. See a building. She is behind that building to the East.

Unfortunately the map in this scene is broken, and no markers exit for this character on the compass....

(That location description on the Wiki for her it just terrible, I'll fix that right now.....DONE).

Yes, I’m ready for a guild. I am solo’d all out at this point. I’m running into 25k hit point adversaries in 8 -10 skull places. Not fun running all the time.
