[Unable to Repro] Unable to target practice dummy

    Title: Unable to target practice dummy
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Practice dummy placed on my lot. No other npcs or pets on the lot. Cannot target the practice dummy while in combat mode. And just as a side note, I also cannot rename the practice dummy while it's in my inventory.
    Steps to Reproduce: Lifted and reset practice dummy several times. Moved it around on the lot.

    a: confirm the character you're currently on is the lot owner, not a co-owner

    b: confirm the dummy has a nameplate showing (i've recently seen a few cases of npcs (including dummies) not fully activating even when the lot owner is present, but it seems random so far)

    c: not being able to rename it in inventory is normal for all npcs except vendors.

    A: yes I don't have an alt character and it's my lot. B: No nameplate was showing. C: ok, was told to try renaming it in inventory since I couldn't rename it while it was on lot. Probably because it doesn't have a nameplate.

    @Justyn Don't have any current information on this now. Asked a few others and the bug does not seem to be occurring now, so probably safe to remove the post for now. thanks for the follow up :)
