    it looks like it is applying, but is wearing off instantly. every time i /drink, the camera stutters a moment like it's starting the drunk wobble.

    Belt of the dedicated "fixed". The Fizzle bonus was supposed to be a penalty. You can now get drunk again. Pumpkin trophies can now be placed as POT decos.
