Details: Using "shrink-me" items breaks mount riding.
Steps to Reproduce: Wear Faerie Belt, Leather Bandit Helm, and use a Potion of Diminutive Stature then mount a horse.

More data - I took off the Faerie Belt and the Bandit Cap - and was still tiny under the horse so it seems related to the diminutive potion. But - as I took off the belt and cap, the horse grew with me and became as tall as castle walls.



So I drank 6 of the Growth Potions... and again, the horse grew to be larger than a castle ship, etc.

 

More data: from another player using the Faerie Belt and Diminutive Potion - the horse properly shrunk with her to mouse size. It appears to be the Leather Bandit Helm (-10 player size) that caused the original "shrunk less than horse" issue.

Side note - the Heraldry Cloak also reacted similarly to the horse.

 

I was reminded of the /fly command for POT owners... but still could not get a full image well.

I was able to reproduce this. I will try to repeat a few more times and edit this to see what is actually important but my steps were:

1) Equip creepy dolly but no other shrinking objects
2) Exit scene then re-enter (I was testing in Bastion's Point, I don't think the location matters but I do think having either dolly or belt equipped while entering scene is important because I think this is probably the same as the middle of the horse bug)
3) Equipped Faerie belt (did not actually change size because I don't think it stacks with creepy dolly)
4) Equip leather bandit helm (common)
5) take potion of diminutive stature
6) mount horse (white horse mount used in this case but then I can switch to any mount and still be under it)

EDIT: This worked when I left the dolly and helm out but equipped the shrinking belt while on the world map before entering town. If I tried a mount without the shrinking potion then I got the middle of the horse problem which would continue if I took the shrinking potion. But if I entered town with the belt then took the shrinking potion immediately and only then called the mount I was small and standing under the horse (and could then grow the horse huge with growth potions).
So the important step to both this and the in the middle of the horse problems seems to be equipping either faerie belt or creepy dolly before entering the scene.

As of 1088 you can't have a giant horse anymore because you can't use the growth potions while mounted. But you can still be a very little you underneath a normal size horse.
