[Submitted 68121] Ice Field slow not expiring

    1. Title:Ice Field Buff doesn't go away
    2. Reproducible?Yes
    3. Blocker?Yes
    4. Details:Whiles doing the quest for dragon tooth, if you get hit from a mage that does ice field on you. The debuff once finished stays on you and your summon untill you dispell it. If you do not displell it you are perma slowed until you leave the zone.
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Get it by Ice Field spell during the event.
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)

    since you mentioned highvale outskirts in another thread i checked there:

    half-verified. when the debuff applied it showed a -40% change with -8 seconds on the timer and those -8 seconds did not change. once the frostgeist was killed AND the body despawned after looting, however, it changed to a 0% reduction and -8 seconds. the timer is broken, and the icon is stuck, but the debuff was not permanent.

    Also it doesn't change down to 0% its always -40%.
