Taming Necklace turn in to NPC - Not in game yet?

    Hey all, was reading the updates on mounts and was curious if the NPC for trading in your tamed horse necklace has been put in the game yet? I know the notes said the NPC would be in game on release or soon after. Just dont know what the name of the NPC is or where the NPC is located.

    NPC isn't in yet! Latest info leads to a possibility of having the NPC join our world on Tuesday

    The notes for the foal trade and horse trade turn-ins got swapped. The foal trade went in first, but the horse-trade-for-mount option should be in the live game very soon. You'll be able to make both types of trades at the same NPCs.
    1. Nob - The stableboy in Owl's Head.
    2. Bodan Koren - The Master Taming Trainer in Braemar.
    3. Corsten - the Master Tactics Trainer in Desolis.
    4. Falcon - An animal trainer in Aerie. Her stables are outside the gates near the main entrance.
    5. Oakley - A new stablegirl in Brittany Fields. Her stables are south of the gate to Central Brittany.

    Related but not exactly,
    If I were to turn in a -- Taming Necklace (Nightmare) - to these horse vendors, would I get a Nightmare horse mount without buying one from the store?
